WELL HELLO and welcome!

 

Ever since I was young, I've been endlessly curious: fascinated with the way that people think, act and feel, wondering why they do the things they do and always determined to do whatever I could to make things easier and more fun for those around me (except for people who hate being asked lots of questions!).

 

So after getting my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Washington in Seattle and working at Amazon.com in its startup years as a Customer Service Representative (and then manager), and then years of content writing for the internet, I decided to switch careers and focus on UX research, writing, and design. It just made sense.

 

I create designs that prioritize user impact while balancing business and management goals. I'm passionate about accessibility and inclusivity. Inquisitive and resourceful, I thrive when leveraging the strengths of my teammates. 

 

When I'm not reading, watching movies, or going down internet rabbit holes, I can usually be found petting cats or trying to trick myself into getting into running.​
